Here’s something I randomly whipped up this evening that I felt was worth sharing. It’s chocolate, so of course it is! While I served it in a jar, I didn’t add the pretty paper straw. My apologies. Do those things actually work for anyone, anyway?
Tasty and Healthy Chocolate Smoothie
(Serves 2)
16 oz Dark Chocolate Silk Almond Milk
1 scoop Vega Protein and Greens
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 small banana
1 tbsp chia seed
Ice, as desired
Put all ingredients in blender, and blend away until you’ve reached desired thickness … and you’re done. This makes a great post-yoga recovery smoothie, at least for me anyway.
Also, here is a pic of the protein powder I use. I usually HATE protein powder, but this stuff is good. It tastes like cake batter!
